This item requires a shipping up-charge. In addition to the shipping cost added at checkout, this item also requires a $25 shipping up-charge due to it being extra heavy or requiring special packaging.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. We strive to give you the best images of our products. Please be aware that different colors may have differing shades on one computer screen to another. We cannot guarantee the exact shade of an item from picture to finished product. We try to be as detailed as possible with our product descriptions, and rest assured, we only print quality items. We have great software to custom-design your artwork. If you submit artwork we will match it to the best of our ability. You will always be given a proof of your artwork prior to production. We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed merchandise so please review your proof carefully. If the item is defective we will replace the item at no charge. You have 10 days to return the product. The item will be replaced or you will be refunded for the defective item. In some cases you may be asked to email pictures of the defective item rather than return the actual item. If your item arrives and the artwork is incorrect and differs from the approved proof, we will refund or replace the item. You have 10 days to inform us of incorrect artwork. You may be asked to email pictures of the incorrect artwork or return the item before a replacement or refund can be made.
