You will be emailed regarding your artwork after your order is processed. Artwork must be submitted as JPEG, PDF, or EPS. A proof will be provided prior to printing. All items are charged a set-up fee. Set-up fees are usually a one-time charge and are not charged on repeat orders or a lesser amount is charged for repeat orders.
This item requires a shipping up-charge. In addition to the shipping cost added at checkout, this item also requires a $25 shipping up-charge due to it being extra heavy or requiring special packaging.

We are not able to accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed merchandise so please review your proof carefully. If the item is defective we will replace the item at no charge. You have 10 days to return the product. The item will be replaced or you will be refunded for the defective item. In some cases you may be asked to email pictures of the defective item rather than return the actual item. If your item arrives and the artwork is incorrect and differs from the approved proof, we will refund or replace the item. You have 10 days to inform us of incorrect artwork. You may be asked to email pictures of the incorrect artwork or return the item before a replacement or refund can be made.
