To avoid multiple set-up fees, please choose one award with the set-up fee, and for the remainder of your awards, choose "already applied" option. Orders with no set-up charge will not be fullfilled until the fee is applied or purchased.

All items are charged a set-up fee. Set-up fees are usually a one-time charge and are not charged on repeat orders or a lesser amount is charged for repeat orders.
